Site24x7 figures are estimates; monitor packs have a monthly rate only, which the yearly view also uses. Where its pricing page contradicts itself, the calculator takes the reading that costs less on Site24x7: 2 licences per 30-second monitor (FAQ), and 10 users on Web Uptime and 35 on Web Perf (role row). On the stricter reading, faster checks or a second login need Enterprise Plus Web at $899 a month. Not counted: text alerts, which have no published price for these plans. The euro view converts dollar prices at the ECB rate of 29 Sep 2026 and can differ from Site24x7's own euro price.

      Where Uptimia costs less

30-second checks at the plan price

Uptimia Professional checks all 100 monitors every 30 seconds at the plan price. On Site24x7 a 30-second monitor uses 2 licences (FAQ) or needs Enterprise Plus Web (plan table), so either way faster checks cost more.

Servers and checkout tests in one plan

Site24x7 sells server, application and log monitoring on separate Infrastructure plans. Uptimia Professional includes 10 server agents and 10 advanced checks, shared between browser checkout tests and page speed.

      • Server agent: CPU, memory and disk.
      • Transactions: cart to payment in a real browser, with a screenshot of the failed step.

Text alerts counted in the price

Uptimia Professional includes 150 texts a month, renewing. Site24x7 lists SMS and voice alerts but no allowance or price for its website plans, and its plan table limits Web Uptime to email alerts.

      • Both re-check first: Uptimia asks up to 3 other checkpoints to agree; Site24x7 lists re-checks on failures on every website plan.

      Questions before you switch

Is Uptimia a good Site24x7 alternative?

For website, API and server monitoring, yes. 100 monitors checked every 1 minute with 1 login cost $39 a month on Uptimia and an estimated $45 on Site24x7 without text alerts, billed annually.

For application performance, log or network monitoring from one vendor, pick Site24x7.

When is Site24x7 cheaper than Uptimia?

For a small setup checked once a minute. Web Uptime covers 25 monitors for $9 a month billed yearly, and each pack of 50 more adds $18.

Faster checks change that. Its FAQ counts a 30-second monitor twice, so a setup that needs a second pack costs more than Uptimia Professional; its plan table puts faster checks on Enterprise Plus Web at $899 a month.

How does Site24x7 price 30-second checks?

Its pricing page gives two answers. The plan table puts faster checks on Enterprise Plus Web only, at $899 a month billed yearly; the FAQ says a 30-second monitor uses 2 licences, and it is not clear whether that also applies on Enterprise Plus Web.

Uptimia Professional checks every monitor every 30 seconds at the plan price.

      Does Site24x7 include server monitoring?

Not in its website plans. Servers, applications and logs are on Site24x7's Infrastructure plans, from $9 a month billed yearly for 2 servers. Uptimia Professional includes 10 server agents.

Where is my monitoring data stored?

Uptimia stores customer data and monitoring results in EU data centres in France and Germany. Site24x7, run by Zoho Corporation in India, has data centres in several regions, including Amsterdam with a Dublin backup in the EU, so check which one your account uses.

Can I import my Site24x7 monitors?

Not with a button yet. Email your monitor list to support@uptimia.com and we set it up for free.
