An active incident is an unresolved problem with your website or service. Uptimia creates an incident once a problem is discovered and constantly checks if it still exists.
You will find all active incidents in the Dashboard (left-hand-side menu).
Clicking on the error name will display the root-cause-analysis. The information provided there is very useful to quickly resolve an incident.
An active incident will be moved to the "Incidents log" page once Uptimia determines that it has been resolved and the problem no longer exists.
