How can I inform my customers about the outages?

You can keep your visitors informed about the cause of an outage by publishing status updates. 

To do it, go to a monitoring check, click on the cog icon, and you will see an "Update status" button.

Clicking on it will open a modal window where you can post status updates.

You can post updates regarding the current status of your website and how long it might take to solve it.

Your status updates will be reflected in your Public Status Page.
